HISTORY

Our Proud History

Our company was established in 1947 in New Toronto by George Kotyck and his three brothers, Sam, Nick, and John  (hence the name). We began servicing the highly industrialized south end of the Township of Etobicoke.

Companies like Goodyear Rubber, Anaconda Brass, and Gilbey’s Distillers relied on the expert service delivered by Kotyck Bros. Limited and many of our customer relationships established in New Toronto carry on to this day.

In response to our own growth and the migration to Mississauga of our major customers and suppliers, we moved to our present location at 1076 Rangeview Road in Mississauga near Dixie Rd.

and Lakeshore Rd. In 2007, we expanded into Brampton Ontario, opening a branch warehouse in Unit 7 at 80 Hale Road, near Steeles Ave. and Rutherford Rd.

From our two branches, we now serve customers in the automotive, manufacturing, consumer product, food, pharmaceutical, public utility, construction, and mechanical systems industries. Like those in the past, these customers have come to rely on our experience, broad product line, and expert service.
